Photos show him as a husky,chubby child/adolescent and even as a college student, he is more robust than he is now, which is odd since you tend to get heavier as you get older, not the other way around. Personally, I think it's his smoking. Cigs were once considered a great diet aide before smoking was demonized by the type of people that Obama hangs with. That's the irony in all of this - he preaches about a greener and healthier America, and the guy is hooked on nicotine! I guess it's a case of "do what I say, not as I do".
