OIG is becoming an independent agency and people are vying for power like the overseas chief problems, DSS five year contracts and, now, this. The IG should be protected by the OIG, an independent agency, but is instead fired by Obama laying the way for other IGs that don't go along to be fired instead of OIG being independent as requested.
