Republican Candidate Paul Smith, who is running for the 5th Congressional District  in Sacramento, will conduct his second Townhall meeting on February 16th!

The place is Leatherby’s Ice Creamery at 7 pm.  The address is 2333 Arden Way.

As you may recall I held a Townhall meeting last August when it became apparent that my opponent Doris Matsui was going to duck a meeting with her constituents.

Since then she has been very silent in the district and has been busy paying back taxes from the state of Maryland for reporting her home there as her primary residence.

I  will be discussing the following:
